Order cancellations

When cancellation is possible
A cancellation may not be possible once an order has already entered processing or shipment. We will tell you the status of your order when you contact us and confirm whether it can still be cancelled.
When a cancellation is approved
When a cancellation is approved we stop the order from being processed or shipped, confirm the cancellation to you in writing, and release or refund any payment already taken.
Refunds on cancelled orders
If an order can be cancelled, any applicable refund is issued to the original payment method and processed in accordance with our returns & refunds policy.
Orders we cannot ship on time
