This website is operated by Beauty Empires Chicagos I LLC, trading as Beauty Empire Chicago, a beauty-supply retailer in Chicago, Illinois.

When you contact us through the contact form, by email or by phone, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, order number and the message itself. We use this only to answer your enquiry.

When you place an order, we receive the information needed to fulfil it: the items ordered, and either the shipping address or your choice of local pickup, together with your contact details.

Items you add to your cart are stored in your own web browser on your device so your cart is still there if you return. We do not receive that information until you contact us or submit an order.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It uses only the local browser storage described above, which is required for the cart to work.

Online card payment is not yet enabled on this website, and we do not collect or store card numbers here. When online payment is added, card details will be handled by the payment provider processing the transaction and not stored by us. Never send full card numbers, bank login details or other sensitive financial information by email or through the contact form.

We do not sell customer information. We share it only where necessary to fulfil your order — for example with the carrier delivering your package — or where required by law.
