You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

We aim to describe our products accurately, including images, descriptions and available options. Product packaging and formulations can change, so check the packaging you receive for the manufacturer's current information.
4. Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, an adjustment or a refund.
5. Pricing
Prices shown on this website are our selling prices in US dollars and are the same at product page, cart and checkout. Prices may change, and we may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order with you. We may decline an order — for example where a product is unavailable or details cannot be verified.
7. Payments and taxes
Online card payment is not connected on this website. What you submit at checkout is an order request: we contact you using the details you give us to confirm availability and take payment by phone, or on collection at our Chicago store. Applicable taxes are confirmed with you before payment is taken.
8. Shipping and local pickup
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days. This handling period refers to order processing and does not represent the total delivery time.
Orders over $50.00 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders of $50.00 or less have a $4.99 standard shipping charge.
Shipping destinations are currently within the United States. Local pickup is available at our Chicago store. Full details are in our shipping policy.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled under our returns & refunds policy, and cancellations under our cancellation policy. Those policies form part of these terms; where a detail is set out in them, that detail applies.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text and our own images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party brand names and product images remain the property of their owners.
11. Third-party brands and services
We sell products made by other manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer of third-party products and do not claim to be an authorised, official or exclusive distributor for any brand unless we state so explicitly.
12. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, shipping and order information, and to use products in line with the manufacturer's instructions and any warnings on the packaging.

We aim to keep this website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of it.
